Some live on land, some can be in water (water snakes, etc.). Many live in tropical environments.

3. Most have three chambered heart, some have four chambered heart
4. Ectotherms (cold blooded)
5. Well-developed
nervous and sensory system used to help detect prey and identify chemicals
